The Real American Idol

I pray that you all are well in the will of our Lord and Savior on this gorgeous day today. WELL, I am proud to say that I am still in the fold to assist in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ after all the mess that has been going on. Our country continues to corrode based on the decisions that are being made by our leaders…by the way; California is still burning for their deeds with worshiping false gods, homosexual rights, and what the leaders of that state continue to allow. We have to have continuous discussions about other religions can feeling express their beliefs, but many Christians are folding and not saying anything. We’re just staying in our churches in our community and not making an impact on anyone, because we’re still waiting on folks to come in. Our president has done away with a National Day in Prayer…what Christian does that? Someone who is not Christian! Our youth are becoming more corrupt, and conniving with all the negative influence that is around them. Folks are trying to corrupt our bodies and kill us with swine flu, horse flu, mad cow disease, Chihuahua throat bark, chicken feet claw gout and other ridiculous name for man-made diseases to scare the people into a panic without seeking the Word of God. Christian artists are merging more and more with secular artists as time go by, plus…many shepherds are coming out of their closet and stating that they are gay. But all of this is effective and people believe this mess because they are listening to their god…and I’m not talking about Jesus. They continue to worship their idol on a daily basis. They are supporters of the real American idol. Who or what is the real American idol. This is going to be a long week…got a lot of things on my mind.

When I am talking about the real American idol, I am not talking about the show that is starting to promote and glorify homosexuality (as you know Ellen DeGeneres is now one of the judges). We as Americans are becoming weaker as Christians than any other country in this world. Our generations are weaker than ever and every generation is bogged down with personal issues due to their history and up bringing. Yes, we are aware that more and more fathers are not in the home properly raising their children. These irresponsible fathers are only the product of what they had missing in their home…they’re just a carbon copy. Our mother’s are becoming more concerned with themselves than for their own children…the sacrifice is starting to fade fast. Folk are more worried about getting their breakthrough, season, harvest and miracle…while the kids are being ministered to by the various strangers that come on that tube each and every day. Our children are being raised by their own peers (that’s scary), unsaved folk (the teachers in our schools) which includes the homosexual community. Our kids are also raising themselves, which we all know this is leading nowhere positive for majority of them. See I’ve talk with many youth in the past ten months and really honed in on their thoughts and their feelings. Majority of these kids feel out of place because they feel that the things that are said in church are not being lived and displayed in their home. I’ve had kids tell me that they see more example that their parents/guardians display (mimic) on television than what parents display in church. This is sad, but the real American idol is not Jesus Christ…its TV or television for the educated folk.

Our churches are folding to the point of no return, and I am not talking about every church and every Christian. I am talking about Christians collectively. Folks have said, “well you can’t make everyone see things your way and not everyone will agree on certain things”. I am not talking about agreeing on certain things or seeing things my way. I’m talking about us as individual, putting our own desires aside…beating down the flesh and following God and making sure we truly hear from God. See too much television is shaping our church today. As soon as folk see TD Jakes, Creflo Dollar, Joyce Myer, Paula White, Juanita Bynum, Kenneth Copeland, etc. folks want to start a church because they heard these folks say “God has a designed purpose for you and He wants you to start a ministry that will attract thousands”. Never consulted with God, never received counseling from their respected shepherd (if they have one), never even tried to truly figure out what it is that God wants them to do. You out starting a church as pastor and God wanted you to start your ministry as an usher…this is truly sad. Many are not listening to their shepherd to confirm of what thus says the Lord. Then again, I've heard and seen shepherds misleading the people to fulfill their own desires.

⁹I wrote you in my [previous] letter not to associate [closely and habitually] with unchaste (impure) people-- ¹⁰ [meaning of course that you must] Not altogether shun the immoral people of this world, or the greedy graspers and cheats and thieves or idolaters, since otherwise you would need to get out of the world and human society altogether! ¹¹But now I write to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of [Christian] brother if he is known to be guilty of immorality or greed, or is an idolater [whose soul is devoted to any object that usurps the place of God], or is a person with a foul tongue [railing, abusing, reviling, slandering], or is a drunkard or a swindler or a robber. [No] you must not so much as eat with such a person.

1 Corinthians 5:9-11 (Amplified Bible)

Saints, there are folks that we should not be listening to or even being around if they are not living the life of Christ. I am not stating they we cannot minister to folk and give them the Gospel of Christ, but do not drown them with it. Your job could have just to plant the seed, but you want plant it, water it, miracle grow it and everything else. But when you try to do more than your job requires in Christ, it could be detrimental to God’s plan for that individual. It’s just best to talk to the person about Christ and move on, allow someone who God has chosen to do their job after you. Paul says in this text that we are called to influence the world, not run away from it. Christians are called to be agent (messengers) for Christ to carry the light in a world full of darkness. How can you let your light shine when your fellowship is mainly with darkness. If you cannot stay in the flame (one with Christ) then your flame will diminish into a flicker, then eventually put completely out. When we hang around folk who stated they are Christians and have fellowship with them by hanging out with them all the time or often, we’re not helping their cause to come to the Christ the way God intends…in fact…they’re most likely affecting us more than we are affecting them. I have some folk who my wife and I occasionally have dinner with or go the movies with, but we’re not hanging with them most of the time. Two to three times a year is enough for me and I am not hanging out at their house. When Paul was talking about not eating "with such a person" he was stating that eating was, and is a key part to fellowship and closeness with others. We must be careful to have fellowship with those who claim to be Christians and are living a life of sin. We must not allow the world to consume and have their beliefs to desensitize us. We must avoid the world's American idol.

I need to end today, but with the confused and reprobate mind of many people today, every true Christian needs to pray for brothers like Tonex....He's a pastor of a church and is ministering to many through his music. God's not with this! In case you all do not know, Pastor Tonex has come out and admitted that he is gay. He makes it lukewarm in this interview with Lexi (premiering on the Word Net-worthless…I mean Network) and saying certain comments like,

“There’s still times where I’m like, ‘hmmm… I do want kids and I very much love women.’ But at the same time, I think we have to be honest with ourselves as to what it is that we have affinity for at the time. And I think, because of the situation that I experienced with the first marriage, that I would have to say that I lean more toward the same sex.”

“The church has completely faggotized everybody who’s gay, sends them to hell over the pulpit and the church literally screams hooray and are happy about that. And yet, we celebrate the pastor who has a clean record and a clean look, but yet he is still doing the same thing that the same gender loving people are doing. I believe that there’s holy ghost- filled fire baptized gay people.”

Does this mean Tonex's a cussing pastor?

Here are the clips of The Lexi Show with Tonex’s confession. Please beware that this interview could be too graphic for younger youth and teens should view this with a parent. Parents we should be able to view this and discuss this with our youth cause they view things when you are not around that you can’t show at church…or even in your house…or…well here’s the clips.

I say that 1 John 2:15 (Amplified Bible) says "Do not love or cherish the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in him". I also say that 1 Corinthians 6:8-10 (Amplified Bible) says “⁸But [instead it is you] yourselves who wrong and defraud, and that even your own brethren [by so treating them]! ⁹Do you not know that the unrighteous and the wrongdoers will not inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived (misled): neither the impure and immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who participate in homosexuality, ¹⁰Nor cheats (swindlers and thieves), nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers and slanderers, nor extortioners and robbers will inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God."

I truly believe that we as a church would never have had these problems if a standard...excuse me...God's standard would continue to be upheld. Someone allowed Tonex to live his lifestyle without allowing the Word of God to convict him...maybe because Tonex has that ability to get folk all emotional and feed their flesh with his talents. And to say that he never cheated on his wife while they were married is tough to see. So all of a sudden you turned sweet-cake after your divorce. No sir, an individual has already dabbled in a particular sin before, during or after any thing they do, including marriage. Unfortunately, it looked like the marriage was used as a cover up for the sins that were and are still being committed. Help us God!.

Saints the time is at hand to pray and allow God to use you to the utmost desires that He has for us like we've never had before. There is still time before the return of Christ for God’s people to make an impact on America and this entire world. We must do it with love, purity, with peace, patience and be full of mercy and kindness. This is not a bashing message and none of the articles of The Journal are. This message is to preach against the sins that are being PUBLICLY committed and displayed before God’s people….especially our children. Part two on tomorrow, and remember to make an impact on someone’s life today. Not necessarily with your words, but with your walk. Do Not Test Yourself

12Therefore let anyone who thinks he stands [who feels sure that he has a steadfast mind and is standing firm], take heed lest he fall [into sin]. 13For no temptation (no trial regarded as enticing to sin), [no matter how it comes or where it leads] has overtaken you and laid hold on you that is not common to man [that is, no temptation or trial has come to you that is beyond human resistance and that is not adjusted and adapted and belonging to human experience, and such as man can bear]. But God is faithful [to His Word and to His compassionate nature], and He [can be trusted] not to let you be tempted and tried and assayed beyond your ability and strength of resistance and power to endure, but with the temptation He will [always] also provide the way out (the means of escape to a landing place), that you may be capable and strong and powerful to bear up under it patiently. 1 Corinthians 10:12-13 (Amplified Bible)

I pray that you all are well on this beautiful day in the Lord on today. As we continue to live this life for Christ daily, know this one thing…temptation(s) will follow us all the days of our lives. Temptation is the itch that never goes away completely. Temptations are the tests that will draw us nearer to Christ or further away. This cartoon is no joke neither are the others for this journal, saints of God if we are not careful, we can lead ourselves as well as other to an early grave. Do not test yourself.

One thing we can learn from this text is that some folks in the church think since they are justified by God, nothing can happen to them regardless of what they do. Many of us, at times, can take advantage of God’s grace and mercy…and have the audacity to abuse that grace and mercy all the days of our lives...did somebody say soap opera? Many times we may feel and have this attitude that since we are justified by God, nothing can happen to us regardless what we do. But make not mistake about it saints; God’s discipline should not be taken lightly. For if He cannot completely use us without having to share us with the hounds of hell, then He can, and will, find a replacement that is more and able to carry out His commands. Do not test yourself.



I know we are tempted daily to turn to the feelings of our flesh, but we must stand strong folks. The various temptations that we face in our lifetime are normal…they (the temptations) are suppose to happen. But we are not suppose to nor are we expected to give in to those temptations. We’re more than conquerors saints, and we are called according to God’s purpose to overcome those tests, trials and tribulations. Believers throughout the Bible had to resist temptations and we are no different. God is so good that He will not let one believer experience anything that He did not prepare us for. Let me say this plainly. God does not put us into situation that we are not able to handle or overcome…that’s just not what our Mighty God does. God gives every Christian the grace and power to endure anything and everything…the catch is that we have to know how to tap into that grace and power. Put the alcohol, drugs, unmarried sexual relations, physical/ mental abuse, etc. aside. We have to have endurance in order to finish this race…that where our prize lies (1Corinthians 9:24-27).

7Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap. 8For he who sows to his own flesh (lower nature, sensuality) will from the flesh reap decay and ruin and destruction, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Galatians 6:7-8 (Amplified Bible)

Today we are living in a time where folk in the church no longer are afraid of God’s wrath. People sleeping with each other outside marriage, sleeping over each other house and are not married. Men with titles in the church are sleeping around with the women of the church (some not in church)…some of them married. You do know that some of these men with titles are also involved in the DL (down low) circle…we are living in this rebellious time. People are slowly but surely ignoring the wise counsels of the elders in the church and are trusting in themselves and those who mislead them. The principle of sowing and reaping not longer outweighs their train of thought when it comes to enduring their test…folk are just acting out on what they “feel at that moment”. I was brought up that looking at a woman for 15-20 seconds is ok, or “you can look, but just don’t touch”. This is so foolish and unprosperous spiritually that it is unreal. Jesus said in Matthew 5:27-28, 27"You have heard that it was said, You shall not commit adultery. 28But I say to you that everyone who so much as looks at a woman with evil desire for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Christ is deep. If we even as much as look at the opposite sex with the desire to fulfill the good feel of this flesh, then we already set up a battle for our marriage in the future. Even if you had sex with your spouse before you married them…expect hard times to come your way. Do not test yourself.

It is a foolish attempt to “mock” God. For a Christian to think that if they sow to their flesh they can escape the harvest of destruction and judgment that comes to those that participates in sin. When we fornicate, lust, steal, lie, etc., we corrupt our flesh that gives a foul stench (spiritually) in our walk. If a person in the church is corrupt and refuse to heed the warnings of God’s Word then that individual is probably not and was never saved…you can’t lose your salvation if you are truly saved in Christ. Someone who is even in their mess has to feel the convictions of the Holy Ghost. They know that they are wrong, but refuse to come to the Father and the church for restoration. This could be due to shame, guilt and flat out rebellion (I can do bad by myself attitude).

In order for folks to escape the wrath of God, it is time to live totally for Him. Those in rebellion should quit leaning to their own understandings and lean toward the Word of God and His Spirit. Not only do marriages suffer from sexual impurity, but the children suffer as well, which leads to a weak church. When we disobey God in our perversions, it lingers on and the feeling has to get stronger in order to please the flesh. And when one gets tired or numb of the original high, they have to take a new/added risk in order fulfill the flesh. This can lead to what we see today…rape, molestation, bestiality, bisexuality and yes…homosexuality. We must know our weaknesses and not allow our flesh or the demonic realm to overcome us. We must know what Christians are supposed to stand for…and that is for Jesus Christ. We sung a song on yesterday at my church that said, “It’s not about us, it’s about Jesus”. Is that your testimony today?

9But if they have not self-control (restraint of their passions), they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame [with passion and tortured continually with ungratified desire]. 1 Corinthians 7:9 (Amplified Bible)

Saints of God, if you or if you know of someone that is living in fornication or adultery, pray for them and allow God to use you (if it’s appropriate) to let them know that they need to wake up. If they do not care about themselves, then they don’t care about God. The only book that I know that will help those with traps and snare in the sexual world is the Bible. If folk can’t hold their sexual peace, then they need to get MARRIED in a hurry. And don’t divorce because its not working out…it was working out when you was acting married before the marriage. Women, do not reveal yourself in the church and outside the church with clothing that does not fully cover up the attractive parts of your body. If you’re wearing something to catch somebody’s eye…then you need to quit…shame on you. Allow God to bring you someone in His timing. Men, keep your foul thoughts to yourself. Quit undressing women with your eyes and thinking perversely to fulfill your imagination with those you lust after. This cancer started somewhere, and we must eliminate it by the means of the Holy Writ (The Bible). Oh boy…this is a two parter (please note, "parter" is not a legalized word).

Saints, do not try to change for anyone except the Lord and those who love Him. Stay encouraged, train your mind and body to allow the Spirit of God to lead you and continue to hold up the blood stained banner of Christ Jesus. Choosing The Right Solution

I pray that you all are blessed on this fabulous day and wonder new year of 2009! There are so many things that happened in 2008 and we want to leave behind, but the question is will we? This New Year embarks new challenges, new trial & tribulations, as well as new chance to serve a very powerful, mighty & able God, wholeheartedly for the sake of ourselves, our children and this world as it is today. In this 2009 year, let make our election sure that we are going to serve the Lord Jesus Christ will all of our heart and not allow our flesh be in cahoots with Satan and the hounds of hell. Let forget about the past and concentrate on how God wants to use us for the present and the future.

Many of us celebrated the New Year at our respected churches…or at least in someone’s church. There are many that flesh-fully celebrated the New Year downtown or at a club somewhere, and I am talking about folk in the church. But make no mistake about this…some churches were no different than the clubs on December 31, 2008…the past was not and has not been put behind them…the past is still leading them. Many churches in Austin and around this world brought hip hop, rock, Goth, etc. into their churches when this was supposed to be about Christ and the serious things we need to pray and unite about in this world. There were many promotions that hype around coming to church to “get crunk for Christ” that people came to a flesh/devil party and not an anointed/holy/righteous party in Christ. These photos are just depressing to see how folk think this will bring people into the church AND live right for Christ. Notice I said AND, because you can fill up a church with a bunch of nonsense, but can you get them to live right with the atmosphere you have in the churches today. No I am not saying that we should be boring, because church is not boring…it just depends what you put into what you’re doing and if you really want to live this life for Christ. We have to choose the right solution in every thing that we say and do…and that solution is Jesus Christ. What will 2009 hold for you in this Christian walk? Only truly seeking Christ and His Spirit & time will tell.





Saints of God, protect your mind and heart from all deceptions of this world this year. We have more apostles, prophets, bishops, pastors, teachers, etc. that are rising up that are not of God. Many folk in church will continue to be deceived and this will only make them numb to the Word of God. There will be many events that will happen in the entertainment world as well as the church and will cause many to fall away from the faith (2 Thessalonians 2:3), because their love will wax cold for God and all He stands for (Matthew 24:12). We must hold true to the things that are truly Christ…which is mainly His Word and those whom we fellowship with. Today we have folks eating solid foods when their stomachs are not ready for it. Many have received prophesies and have taken them out of context (just like God’s Word) and abused them and others who follow and fellowship with them. Oh 2009 I am going to bust some stuff up that is going on in the church! Paul is instructed in this passage of scripture to put all this filth behind us and press on to the true in God’s Word. The more we take of the comfort of God in Christ Jesus, through the Holy Spirit, the more closely we shall cleave (hold tightly) to it. The we rejoice in Christ Jesus (with our lives and commitment to Him) the more willing we shall be to do and suffer for Him, and the less danger we shall put ourselves and others in of being drawn away from the faith. The joy of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Seek the true solution and that is Christ Jesus!

Although we have been told many times to forget the things of the past, but how can we…it’s impossible isn’t it? Paul is not saying that we can obliterate (destroy) the past from our memories, but we can and should be able to refuse to let our past stop our progress towards our goal...which is Heaven and all of its splendor. If you read Philippians 3:4-7, Paul is instructing us to forget our self righteous past and not allow it to catch up to us and allow us to lose focus on the job at hand…which is to live righteously, circumspectly and wins souls in the process. Where are you in your walk? We even need to forget (not focus) on the past success in our walk with Christ…we can easily get a big head and lose our focus and true purpose. Salvation is ours if we truly receive and accept it, but it is totally up to us. Christians should not be making New Years resolutions…resolution are meant to be broken. We should be making the right solution choice and choose Christ without second thought.

6My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you [the priestly nation] have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you that you shall be no priest to Me; seeing you have forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children. 7The more they increased and multiplied [in prosperity and power], the more they sinned against Me; I will change their glory into shame. Saints of God, 2009 will bring more challenges than it ever has before. We will continue to see this country fall to its knees due to the worship of idols and the blasphemy of God. We will continue to see the health of this world decline, because we are destroyed for the lack of knowledge. America as a whole has rejected the knowledge of God and now God’s promise is beginning to unfold. But we who are true in Christ should be of good cheer because God will continue to keep us. Again, I will say that Barrack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, TD Jakes, Creflo Dollar, Joyce Meyers, a desperate housewife, Pat Sajak & Vanna White, Buddha, Muhammad, Jay-Z, Beyonce, etc…no one will be able to save this economy, nation or world they are idols when they are looked up to. Jesus Christ is the only one who can saves this world from the damnation that it is headed to. Should we stop living for Christ and let things go on? God forbid. We are still called to pray, fast, gather together in fellowship with the saints of God, minister, inspired and encourage other to come into the house of the Lord. Do not allow your flesh to overcome your spirit, because when you do you only making harder for yourself and those you’re suppose to be a blessing to. Repentance is needed in this nation and this world, but it won't happen until we oursleves repent of the many things we have done to the Lord.

Continue to be obedient to you shepherd that God has placed you under. If you are feeling that your shepherd is not living right. Run, because walking is too slow. Find a church where you are fed, challenged and encouraged daily. If you are running from the pastor and the members of the church you’re at…then you’re probably engaging in some things that you have no business engaging in. Choose the right solution…that solution is Jesus Christ. Be blessed on this day and know that Jesus loves and I love you all too. Until the Sequel of Jesus.

Saints, we must not allow the idolization that our youth (adults as well) have for these superstars supersede that attention that God so rightfully deserves. Britney is on my prayer list, but I will not allow my children to be exposed to her just because they “love her” and are Britney’s number one fan. We have a discern more and not allow our feelings to get in the way of God’s command in raising our children.

There is a message in Britney’s song If U Seek Amy that may very well vex your spirit. I have to tell it like it is and I ask that you pray that God will allow you to become more involve in the lives of our youth than we are now…there is always room for improvement in all of us. Who is the world is Amy? This is what I immediately asked myself…and I knew that there was more to this. First of all, if you notice at the beginning of her verse she is displaying lesbian behavior in her wanting to find “Amy” and getting her flirt on. The punch line is in the last lines of the chorus “All of the boys and all of the girls are beggin' to If U Seek Amy”. If say make out the phrase “If U Seek Amy” in the song, you’ll actually hear and discern F-U-C-K Me. All of the boys and all of the girls are beggin’ to F-U-C-K Me. What is slick way to get all of our girls, boys, men and women to become more sexually aroused and perverted and many of them not know why after listening to songs like this. The media is becoming more corrupt as we live. Remember corrupt means an individual willing to act dishonestly in return for money or personal gain or they are evil or morally depraved. There are separate standards here and the church must speak against it. Please pass this along to everyone you know in order to at least get this across so folks can know. Some or many may be upset with this one, but I have to tell it. Mary Mary is out with their fourth album The Sound. And when I heard the album, it sounded like trouble. Normally for me three or five songs was worth buying the whole CD (when I was purchasing secular music and there was no iTunes), but I cannot find one song on their album that I say is of the Lord. The cover of their album portrays them as if they’re going to the club. Who wears these garments to Christian functions?

And yes Family Christian Bookstore and many others are carrying their CD along with Wal-Mart and even store like Sam Goody. You should be very afraid when secular stores are carrying you albums to sell. The hit song Get Up was on ABC’s Ugly Betty. You really need to be afraid when your song sounds worldly enough to be on secular shows…wait a minute…that’s been going on for years now. The beats on this album are all secular…not a holy note from the heart in it. But they have a song on their album called Superfriend, and they have a very special guest on that song. Levell Crump, better known to the hip hop world as David Banner is feature on this track. Levell (I’ll call him Levell because that’s what his mother named him…somebody did!) is one of the top explicit secular hip hop artist that you would not want your parents to meet. Levell is so explicit that in 2003 he had an album titled Baptized in Dirty Water, which reverence no respect of the every living God…Levell only blasphemed our Lord Jesus Christ.

What makes this collaboration more sore vexed is that Levell has a 2008 album out right now titled The Greatest Story Ever Told, which also tells me that even if the brother gave his life to Christ, he needs to be sat down and taught the ways of Christ…for a while!!! In his rhyme on Mary Mary’s track makes no since what’s so ever. This is because you can’t drink from the cup of devils and sit at demons’ tables and do the same at God’s table (1 Corinthians 10:21). This is definitely idol worship and idol worship breaks that unity we have with God through the Lord’s Supper. The message is in the music.

Mary Mary sounds confused and poisoned in this following video. Did they just indicate that they were voting for change and “Lord knows we need it”? Sad that many Christians just don’t know they voted for someone who does not believe in Jesus Christ truthfully, but that’s another subject. Please join me in praying for them and many of our Christian artists who are not follow the instructions of the Bible the way God commanded us to.

Saints of God, the Lord is not playing with us and if we are not careful, we will allow the messages in many of today’s entertainment (whether secular or Christian) deceive us in falling away from the faith. It is time to stop wanting to have things our way and really repent, repent, repent, REPENT and return back to the favor of the Lord. The future of our church is dependant upon our children. If our children are corrupt, then the church will become more and corrupt. But there will be churches that continue to stand for righteousness and holiness. We must not allow the influences of evil to get in our way. Prophet Isaiah say it best in Isaiah 5:20 that, Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! (Amplified Bible)…we are living in that day right now. The message is in the music.

As we continue in this walk with Christ, we must make a vass decision. Either we are truly for Him or totally against Him. Continue to stand firm in Christ my brothers and sisters and allow God to use you to the best of your humble ability. I pray that you all are well in the will of God on this beautiful morning. I won't take up too much of your time because I have a powerful lengthy article for you to read. Please stay prayed up, especially leading up to this election.

As we await our next leader for oval office, let us keep these things in mind.

1. Change will continue to come as Jesus' return draws nearer each day. Remember the change of prayer & the power of the wood (paddles) being removed from the schools and the change of parents not being able to properly discipline their children. We must make sure that we are sensitive to the Holy Spirit of God and not be swayed by color/racism. (1 Corinthians 3:18 & 1 John 1:8)

2. Change will effect those who are not heeding to the Word of God, and are putting all, most or some of their trust in either McCain or Obama. (Matthew 24:24-25)

3. Make no mistake about it, change will bring persecution of Christian to America like we've never seen before. Are you ready? Where do you stand in your faith in Christ? (Romans 8:38-39)

I pray that we all make to righteous decision this election through "HEAVENLY DIVINE" consultation and not on impulse/ feelings. I don't want to give this article away but let me share with you what a mighty man of God in my life shared with an email group that I have graciously been apart of.

My conscience doesn't necessarily line up with the wave of the masses (neither Barrack nor John have moved me), but I would never, ever betray conscious authority to go "surfing" with the crowd! After my wife & I step out of the voting booth (we're voting early), we will continue to prepare our hearts & minds with 1 Peter 2:13-17 and Romans 13.

And, no, MBE. Your title was not offensive to me, as I understood exactly the meaning of your assertion. In short, our God is not "dumber" than Obama, and only He is in control and, regardless of the outcome next Tuesday, the whole world will see Him show up in a splendid and definite way."

True Repentance: My Personal Testimony

2And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matthew 3:2 (King James Version)

I pray that you all are well in the will of the Lord on this beautiful day He has created. Some have wondered how have I been or have I fallen away from the faith. No. I am fine…just busy supporting my family, dealing (dealt) with mental struggles in my walk with Christ and realizing that I have been bucking the authority of my shepherd and getting it right…that’s all!

To pick up on my journal, I cannot move on with any other topic until I fulfill the Lord’s will and repent before God for disobeying Him, against His Word and against the man of God that He has placed over me. This has been going on in the body of Christ for many years (including the biblical times) and only the true believers in Christ will make it right and stop the spiritual bleeding of disobeying God by bucking the authority of our shepherds. Now I am not talking about those from some of the the small & mega churches who are misleading their people and full of getting money & fame. I am talking about true pastors who cry at night because their people (flock) are digging themselves an early grave by not listening to the man of God, of whom God speaks through. This is going to be good, because true repentance is needed. (I had to clarifying the original journal concerning the mega churches and I am not stating that all mega churches mislead their people nor do I blame all mega churches and pastors of only wanting money and fame. Some small churches are included in this as well. Everyone should be comfortable now.)

I apologize to my shepherded and bishop, Dr. Billy Johns for all the eights years of this ministry I have not truly trusted his guidance nor his authority. There have been certain things in my walk with Christ that I have not agreed with, but truly having the life of the disciples revealed to me from God’s Word, open my eyes to where I was going in my walk with Christ. When the disciples doubted God, they suffered nervous breakdowns, became unsure of their own thoughts and purpose, rode on their own beliefs (which led nowhere) and lied when approached with challenges that tested their faith in Jesus. This has been my life for eight years…I would not agree with certain things that were said and I began to challenge God’s decision concerning my pastor, my bishop. Was I saying these things? No. But my actions stated differently. One of the many things God has shown me in this is when you do not heed the warnings of your shepherd and you go against the grain, it can cause some severe even deadly consequences…you’re not respecting God’s authority. This can’t be the case all the time can it? Well if someone lies every now and then aren’t they still a liar? If someone steals and kills every now and then aren’t they still a thief and murderer? Let’s move on.

I apologize to my wife, Mary McGarity, for all the troubled times I have given her during these seven and a half years of marriage. Have I beaten her, called her out of her name, committed adultery, etc.? No. But not being the true and consistent godly husband that God has called me to be...I have not. I have not been completely supportive of her talents and gifts and baby I am sorry. I love you with all of my heart and you are the apple of my eye, the peaches in my pie, the cookies in my crème and always the girl of my dreams. I thank God for you and thank you for putting up with me.

Am I downtrodden and depressed from all that I have gone through in this situation? No. I have not been haunted or tormented, neither by my passed nor from demons like some folks have suggested to me. I am free and I truly understand that things will never be the way we want it if it does not line up with God…we must truly seek what His will is for our lives. Speaking of that, I apologize to my elders in the body of Christ as well for not quickly adhering to your wise counsel and acting fast on this matter when God used you to warn me. I apologize and do know that this WILL NOT happen again, I love you all. Oh boy, do you know that when you say stuff like that Satan is going to test you? I say yes, I know that and I also say that I am a child of God…Satan can make things tough (with God’s permission) and man can only hurt my flesh…but God hurts all those plus the spirit & soul. This is true repentance.

God placed it on my hearts to do this long time ago, but I refused by not doing it. I apologized personally to my shepherd, wife, elders and brothers & sisters in Christ. Taking to the public through email? What for God? For me…true deliverance from rebellion and to encourage some folk to do the same and be free. You see saints of God when I did not complete my required tasks from God; it delayed the blessings from my family, church family and those who I am supposed to impact as well. I could no longer grow in my marriage with my wife. I could no longer bring the Gospel of Christ through Bible studies, my journal through the site God has me building, etc., because of the packed that I made with God before excepting my calling. I will never forget that I requested to God to not allow me to preach, teach or get in front of people if I am not truly obeying His Word to the fullest…AND place unbearable guilt on my heart that will prevent me from doing so. Now understand that I am not talking about sitting down because you fall and repent. I have hurt many people since being saved and I apologize for my faults. I am talking about constantly and consistently living in the sin of rebellion and refusing to get out of it. Saints when you are the only one that see that you are right and everyone else is wrong, it’s time to sit your butt down. Hey I’m straight forward, yes, sit your butt down. This is true repentance for me.

I apologize to for those of you I have let down and disappointed. I will not call names because folk look to see if they got left out. My pastor’s name is the one that matters right now after God and my wife (kids too). Folks, the time is at hand where we either put up or shut up…our faith is being tested now that it ever has before. True repentance is needed in order for God to truly free us from this mess of the world.

I do not want to get into other topics that will ruin God’s work in this journal. I pray that my testimony of repentance is a blessing to all who reads it, and that they will be free of deception from themselves, Satan and others who influence them more than God does. Especially in the time we’re living in now…we do not have time to be stuck on ourselves and the minor problems that we go grow. Repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand. The Trojans Horse Religion

I pray all is well with everyone on this beautiful day in the Lord. I also pray that your respected ministries are well in the will of the Most High God. I write on this day because of my soul being vexed and other souls that are hurting and are looking in all the wrong places for the answers to their problems and primarily…looking for the wrong savior. This could go against the grain of certain opinions, but I was a hard head in my secular life, and now a hard head spiritually, for foolishness against God stands in my spirit righteously…including the foolishness I something display. Can you be able to tell on yourself and be honest that you upset God sometimes?

I am very hesitant now days (now that I’m a little older spiritually) about referring certain forms of entertainment and websites to folk. After all, just think about it, if I refer you to a sight and it turns around and harms you and your walk…it’s on me. I say that to say that if the church doesn’t get a hold of the mess that is allowed to be in the church currently…many will fall to their fate because they believed in the lie, but more importantly the blood will be on the church (bishops, pastors, ministers, men, women, lay members, etc.)

As the world continues to get worse, the church continues to get worse. When I see folk not recognize the enemy and then, without any suspicion (discernment), allow the enemy to infiltrate our youth…I know that their world is definitely coming to an end. I read many demonic quotes from Adolph Hitler, but the most powerful one, I think, takes the cake is this. Hitler stated that “if you give me the music to the nation’s children…I’ll control that nation”. Is this not a powerful statement. Not only has the church adopted the world’s music, but their behaviors as well. How did this happen? It was allowed in. How? The Trojan Horse. No I’m not talking about the condom or the computer virus…well take that back, the Trojan virus does work this way. Churches throughout this world have allowed behaviors, opposing beliefs and rituals to enter into the holy sanctuary of God…AND NO ONE IS SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT!!! Well not many at least. The new age religion is taking over sermons, songs, worship. This is in no way of God and folk should be running for cover.

According to the story, when the Greeks had lain siege to Troy for ten years, without results, they pretended to retreat. They left behind a huge wooden horse, in which a number of Greek heroes, among whom Odysseus, had hidden themselves. The statue horse had 3,000 soldiers in its belly, and 2 spies in its mouth. There is also word that that there were more of them inside the horse. Stay with me people. The spy Sinon convinced the Trojans, despite the warnings of Laocoon, to move the horse inside the city as a war trophy. In the following night, the Greeks left the wooden horse and attacked the unsuspecting and celebrating Trojans, and finally conquered Troy.

Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap. Galatians 6:7 (Amplified Bible)

Saints, this statement is so true. If we are allowed to fall for every piece of word spoken to us…we will be easily deceived. To disobey God’s commands for your life and then escape (or at least attempt to) His divine punishment would be to outwit God, thus, trying to make Him look like the fool He is not. The church today continues to make a mockery of His Word, which entails to trying to make a mockery of Him. Case in point, look at these photos.

These very images that you see are a totally mockery to Jesus Christ. These photos are blasphemous, apostate and our youth are all into it. Ma$e, who would be the pastor at his own church, was groomed by Creflo Dollars and encouraged to go back our into the rap game and win souls because he is ready. Now you continue to have foolishness inside the church more than ever before. What folk don’t seem to realize is that the activity that is going on in the church is quickly preparing the coming of the antichrist. Pastors and bishops getting divorces because they don’t get along or the fire is not there anymore is destroying the lives of folk. Youth rallies, concerts and gatherings are full of music, fun games and food. Then they have an alter call at the end to get young people to except Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior without the Word of God being preached…it’s that Trojan horse religion. The biggest lie that any pastor or youth minister can use is that you can or have to reach the youth of today with music. That’s a lie from the pits of hell and it smells like smoke.

14Nevertheless, I have a few things against you: you have some people there who are clinging to the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to set a trap and a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, [to entice them] to eat food that had been sacrificed to idols and to practice lewdness [giving themselves up to sexual vice].

With this Trojan horse religion, we are not fighting this good fight of faith correctly. We accept anything into the church just as long as someone calls it God. I’ll give you a prime example. This video is from a brother name Coffey (pronounced COFF-AY). This dude remade the nasty and lustful song Umbrella sung by Rihanna and place some pseudo Christian lyrics to it and tried to make it godly. Read these lyrics from the song, then listen to Coffey.

Now Coffey's version

This is truly Trojan horse religion. I fell to mention that Rihanna’s album is called Good Girl Gone Bad, and this is what she is known as. Many of our young girls today are beginning to show these images more and more as time goes by. Let me also add that her Umbrella video is very provocative and explicit. Now if you are person who made this song for the world, why would a supposed Christian bring this song into the body of Christ and dedicate it to God? Because the Bible tells us that the flesh is weak (Matthew 26:41, Mark 14:38). What if someone who gave their life to Christ honestly had sex to this song when they where unsaved and heard Coffey’s version on Godtube? Would they truthfully be thinking about Christ at that moment? I pray they would a cut the mess off. But what if they were in an abusive relationship and this gave them a bad memory of that? This Christ mix version should not have been made….PERIOD!!! The thought of making this song may have been sincere, but I’m leaning on more of the pleasing of the flesh. We can afford to flirt with this of this nature. It has he wrong intent (the original song that is), the wrong spirit and the wrong worship to its god (Satan). I we’re just going to turn it around and make it godly? The blood of the innocent falls on the accuser (Ezekiel 33:6). Don’t get me wrong, not all secular music is bad…BUT MAJORITY OF IS!!! Why cloud our minds with filth that will lure us away from the Lord mentally, physically and evidently spiritually (Philippians 4:8).

Our youth rely on us to give them the truth…their lives depend on it. They want to please, be seen and be heard…basically they are craving attention (there’s some adults like that). But if the parents are not giving it to them, then they’ll just go find it elsewhere…which leads to getting the love and attention from wrong places and people. Then if anything captivates their minds, we’ll except it and allow it in just as long as it does not cause any problems with our own agendas and purpose seeking/purpose driven lives. As long as it makes peace, we’re cool. That’s that Trojan horse religion in a nutshell folks. This is my whole issue with myspace, bebo, etc. It allows our youth to lie to pretend to be something that they are not or that God does not want them to be. Adults are grown and they are going to do what they want to do. But the children have to be protected at all costs. No, we can’t protect them from everything, but much needed and much powerful prayer to the Lord of this age will protect them from things we can’t even see…including Trojan horse spirits that are in the church.

I pray that we continue to fight as this nation and world crumbles right before our very eyes. But do not, I repeat DO NOT stop reaching the lost for Christ just because the world is crumbling. Preach the gospel of Jesus and get them into church. Have the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit) rain on their hearts and deliver their souls from the grips of hell.
